Job summary

Emirates SkyCargo is seeking a seasoned Cargo Planning and Scheduling Controller to lead the freighter operating schedule across the global network. You will own the short- and medium-term schedule, optimise aircraft rotations, and drive recovery planning to ensure reliability and commercial performance.

As a senior scheduling expert, you will coordinate with Commercial, Network Control Centre, Engineering, and Crew, driving efficient operations, improving fleet utilisation and profitability.

Qualifications

• Degree or honours in a relevant field with significant logistics experience.
• Minimum 3 years airline scheduling experience, preferably in capacity and revenue optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of IATA/ICAO regs and airline operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise freighter schedules to maximise fleet utilisation and schedule reliability.
• Lead 24/48/72-hour forward planning to identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Network Control Centre, Engineering and Flight Operations to resolve scheduling issues.
• Validate schedule changes in AirVision/ENCOM and other systems, ensuring operational continuity.
• Develop routing, refit and recovery options to minimise disruption and maximise revenue.
