Job summary

Emirates seeks an experienced commercial leader to drive Sales Effectiveness and Commercial Support across its global SkyCargo sales organization. You will enable sales teams with tools, data insights and governance to achieve growth and customer outcomes.

The role focuses on building capabilities, implementing technology adoption, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial benefits. Dubai-based, senior leadership exposure expected.

Qualifications

Attested degree or honours required.
Degree in General Business, Aviation Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Act as the focal point for Sales Effectiveness and governance.
Lead the creation of commercial requirements linked to Technology Investments.
Provide dashboards and reports to support actions and visibility of tech usage.
Communicate product updates and changes to sales teams.
Lead global strategic priorities for commercial teams and align with corporate priorities.
Develop performance frameworks for GSA partners and deliver high-impact events.
Implement commercial effectiveness policies for outstations.
Direct transformation and change management initiatives for new processes and systems.
