Job summary

Emirates Group IT seeks an Agile Delivery Manager for dnata Travel to lead end-to-end IT delivery across global leisure wholesale and Bedbank platforms. You will drive a major digital modernization, align cross-country teams, and foster high performance through agile practices and servant leadership.

The role focuses on scaling agile delivery, governance, and continuous improvement to enable faster, secure technology outcomes while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leadership and delivery experience in a global matrix organisation.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale platform modernisation or digital transformation.
• SAFe and PMI-ACP certified; additional certs such as PMI, Prince2, CSM desirable.
• Proficient with delivery tools including JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow ITBM.
• Excellent communication and servant leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning and Reviews; guide agile practices across teams.
• Blend traditional project management with agile methods at scale.
• Foster a safe, blame-free environment and remove blockers.
• Lead Integrated Programme Planning and decompose roadmaps.
• Ensure quality and DoD adherence; manage velocity metrics.
• Mentor teams; support Product Manager and IT service manager.
• Define agile governance and transparent stakeholder reporting.
• Assist with cost estimation and budgeting for initiatives.
• Support RFx phases in procurement related to the product lifecycle.
