Job summary

Emirates is hiring an Agile Delivery Manager for dnata Travel to lead end-to-end IT delivery across global leisure wholesale and Bedbank/ Destination Management, driving digital transformation and platform modernization. You will guide cross-country teams, scale cloud adoption, and foster a high-performance delivery culture to enable growth.

The role requires proven leadership, SAFe and PMI-ACP credentials, and strong collaboration with product, portfolio, and IT service teams to deliver

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
8+ years of leadership and delivery experience in a global, matrix organisation.
Experience leading enterprise-scale platform modernisation or digital transformation programmes.
Certified SAFe and PMI-ACP with 5+ years applying Scrum Management.
Familiarity with software delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Strong architectural knowledge of large-scale systems.
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
Hands-on, servant-leadership style.

Responsibilities

Facilitate PI planning and reviews, enabling the agile release train.
Blend traditional project management with Agile to fit initiatives of all sizes.
Foster a safe, blameless environment and lead by example.
Drive decomposition of roadmaps into features and program backlogs.
Ensure DoD, track velocity, and manage governance and ceremonies.
Mentor teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery commitments.
Support product management in planning and transparency across initiatives.
