Job summary

Comco EPP GmbH in Dubai seeks a German-speaking Account Manager to drive customer development and quotation follow‑up. This on-site role focuses on German-speaking customers, with English for international contacts, and daily CRM work in Odoo.

The role requires proven inside sales experience, excellent communication, and strong CRM discipline to maintain customer records and progress opportunities toward orders. You will collaborate with Key Account Management and Inside Sales daily.

Qualifications

• Fluent German required for customer communication.
• Fluent English required for international customers.
• Proven experience in inside sales/account management in B2B.
• Hands-on CRM data maintenance and disciplined data handling.

Responsibilities

• Quotation follow-up and conversion to orders.
• Direct customer contact via phone, email, and digital channels in German (main) and English (secondary).
• Manage existing customers and identify cross‑selling opportunities; maintain CRM records.
• Qualify new prospects and support trade fair and campaign outreach; hand over to Key Account Management.
