You will build strong relationships with Korean-speaking clients, coordinate with internal teams, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights to optimise outcomes in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Korean required; English proficiency a plus.
• Experience in client-facing roles or account management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Korean-speaking clients and ensure top-tier service.
• Serve as main contact for clients in Korean and English; manage inquiries and coordinate with teams.
• Monitor account performance, track metrics, and provide insights and reports.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and support to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Identify upsell opportunities to grow the Korean market.
