You will convert leads, guide clients through account openings, educate them about the platform, and meet daily and monthly targets while benefiting from a comprehensive relocation package and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Native German required, good English communication.
• Sales experience in FX or financial-services is essential.
• Experience in FX/CFD environment preferred.
• Strong communication and closing skills are required.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Convert German-speaking leads into trading clients.
• Guide prospects through account opening and first steps in trading.
• Educate clients on how the trading platform and products work.
• Meet daily and monthly conversion targets.
• Participate in the sales training and onboarding programme.
