Job summary

Groundtec Groundtec Piling & Foundation Contracting LLC in Dubai calls for an experienced Site / Operations Engineer (Shoring & Piling) to lead piling and shoring projects, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and ensure work aligns with drawings, schedules, quality and HSE standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Civil Engineering degree, 5+ years UAE experience in piling/shoring, strong leadership and decision‑making skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in piling and shoring (Mandatory).
• Proven experience leading multiple construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of foundation engineering and geotechnical construction.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple piling and shoring projects from start to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations.
• Lead engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, operators, and labor teams.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project schedules, Method Statements, RFIs, ITPs, and progress reports.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, costs, and project performance.
• Identify project risks and provide practical solutions before issues affect progress.
• Make timely operational decisions while supporting management with clear recommendations.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple piling and shoring projects from start to completion.
