STARPATH GLOBAL Aerospace is seeking a Business Development Manager for Abu Dhabi to drive local opportunities, build client relationships, and promote satellite data and AI-powered geospatial solutions in the UAE. The role requires proven BD or sales experience, ability to engage with government, state-owned, and enterprise clients, and strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Based in Abu Dhabi with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience working with government, state-owned, or enterprise clients is preferred.
• Good understanding of the UAE market, particularly Abu Dhabi.
• Arabic language is a plus.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate with ability to travel within the UAE.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi and the UAE, focusing on government, state-owned, and enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage the sales process for satellite data, remote sensing, and geospatial solutions from lead generation to contract closure.
• Conduct local market and competitor research and support go-to-market strategies.
• Prepare proposals and presentations, participate in client meetings, and support commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and China headquarters on project coordination and pipeline management.
