Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking a Manager of Business Development focused on AI and Space Ground Systems in Abu Dhabi. You will shape opportunities from initial conversations through contract award, engaging senior defence and government stakeholders.

You’ll build BD plans for ground stations and AI-enabled ISR, identify new customers regionally and internationally, and lead capture with engineering to craft compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, capture, pre-sales or solutions in defence/space/tech.
• Knowledge of satellite ground systems and C4ISR/C5ISR.
• Ability to discuss technical solutions credibly with customers.
• Experience with UAE/GCC defence customers is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the BD plan for ground stations and AI-enabled ISR.
• Identify new customers, partners and opportunities regionally and internationally.
• Lead capture activity with engineering to shape proposals.
• Maintain relationships with defence, security and government customers.
• Maintain pipeline and feed market intelligence to strategy.
