Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the definition and prioritisation of Generative AI initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into testable requirements for engineering teams. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery with business, technology and vendor groups, manage milestones and risks, and validate outcomes against acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline.
CSPO or equivalent certifications desirable.
Experience in product ownership and agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Own the definition, prioritisation and ongoing refinement of the Generative AI product backlog aligned with business priorities and roadmaps.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable product requirements for engineering teams.
Coordinate delivery of Generative AI initiatives across business, technology and vendor stakeholders within scope and timelines.
Maintain visibility of milestones, risks, dependencies and decisions; escalate as needed.
Ensure AI capabilities are validated against requirements, acceptance criteria and user outcomes.
Coordinate testing readiness and release validation with relevant teams to support controlled deployment.
Engage stakeholders to clarify priorities, shape use cases and maintain shared understanding of outcomes.
Provide delivery updates for informed decision-making and adoption readiness.
