Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Generative AI initiatives within its Global Business Services unit in the UAE. You will own the backlog, translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, and guide engineering teams to deliver compliant, scalable AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, tech delivery, or digital transformation within Banking or Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition, prioritisation and refinement of the Generative AI product backlog.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable product requirements for engineering teams.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Own the definition, prioritisation and ongoing refinement of the Generative AI product backlog to ensure delivery is aligned with ADCB’s business priorities, technology roadmap and governance requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable and value-driven product requirements that enable
• engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant and user-focused AI-enabled capabilities.
• Coordinate delivery of Generative AI initiatives across business, technology and vendor stakeholders to ensure agreed outcomes are progressed within defined scope, timelines and delivery standards.
• Maintain visibility of delivery milestones, risks, dependencies and decisions, escalating issues in a timely
• manner to support effective prioritisation, stakeholder alignment and accountable execution.
• Ensure delivered Generative AI capabilities are validated against defined requirements, acceptance criteria, control expectations and user outcomes before implementation.
• Coordinate testing readiness, issue prioritisation and release validation with relevant teams to support
• controlled deployment, operational stability and adoption across impacted business areas.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders to clarify priorities, shape use cases and maintain shared
• understanding of expected outcomes.
• Provide structured delivery updates that support informed decision-making, adoption readiness and alignment between business needs and technology delivery.
• Monitor post-deployment usage, performance indicators and operational feedback to support continued reliability and value realisation of Generative AI solutions.
• Escalate issues, anomalies and improvement opportunities to relevant teams to maintain service quality, control adherence and user confidence.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, business analysis or digital transformation within Banking or Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certifications are desirable.
