Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Staffing, Recruitment, and Outsourcing business in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the staffing industry, with proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, recruitment operations, team management, and revenue generation. The candidate should possess hands‑on experience in handling both blue‑collar and white‑collar recruitment clients and managing large‑scale outsourcing projects.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Staffing, Recruitment, or Manpower Outsourcing Industry.
• Proven experience in acquiring and managing clients with both manpower requirements.
• Strong track record in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales Growth.
• Experience in managing Recruitment Teams, Sales Teams, and Telesales Teams.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the UAE manpower market and outsourcing business.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
