Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Staffing Recruitment and Outsourcing business in the UAE. The role focuses on growth, client acquisition, and delivering end-to-end staffing solutions for blue-collar and white-collar clients.

You will manage recruitment consultants, BDMs, sales and telesales teams, set KPIs, drive revenue targets, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across industries in Dubai and the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Staffing Recruitment or Manpower Outsourcing Industry.
• Proven experience in acquiring and managing clients with both Blue-Collar and White-Collar manpower requirements.
• Strong track record in Business Development, Client Acquisition and Sales Growth.
• Experience in managing Recruitment Teams, Sales Teams and Telesales Teams.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the UAE manpower market and outsourcing business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
• Lead BDM and telesales teams to achieve business targets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value staffing contracts.
