We value a commercially driven leader with a background in medical wellness or premium healthcare, fluent in English and Russian, capable of establishing processes, KPIs, and performance frameworks for sustained success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in UAE within medical wellness, anti-ageing, aesthetic medicine, or premium healthcare.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue with measurable results.
• Experience leading teams of 30+ employees.
• Strong commercial mindset with knowledge of sales KPIs, upselling, and client retention.
• Highly organized, proactive, hands-on with strong operational and problem-solving skills.
