Job summary
The Greater Change in Dubai seeks an experienced Wellness Centre Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a premium wellness centre. You will lead staff, therapists and support teams, ensuring exceptional client experiences and smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities include managing appointments, optimizing resources, monitoring KPIs and revenue, and driving business development while complying with UAE regulations and company policies. Arabic proficiency is essential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a wellness centre, spa, health club, hospitality, lifestyle, healthcare or similar customer-facing business.
- Strong operational and people-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills.
- Arabic speaker is mandatory; UAE experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the wellness centre to ensure premium service.
- Lead staff, therapists, and support teams; maintain high service standards.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and centre activities; optimise resources.
- Monitor KPIs, revenue, client retention, and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
