Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE seeks a General Manager for a high-end Japanese restaurant to lead the F&B team and drive guest experience. You will oversee service, culinary coordination, budgeting and profitability with emphasis on brand standards and VIP service.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in fine dining leadership, international exposure and sommelier knowledge, plus strong communication and people skills.

Formación

• 3-4 years' experience in a similar position in a fine dining environment with ~50 covers/day.
• Candidates with 2 star and 3-4 hat Gault Millau experience preferred.
• Excellent product knowledge of fine dining cuisine and budgeting.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management; WSET 2 is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS software.
• International experience at trendsetting cities is a plus.
• Sommelier knowledge and leadership experience are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, management and supervisory abilities.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all restaurant operations, including service, culinary, people and financial performance.
• Ensure flawless execution of service standards, guest engagement and brand positioning.
• Drive revenue while controlling costs, labor productivity and profitability.
• Monitor daily performance and implement improvements.
• Coach and develop department heads and teams to high performance.
• Collaborate on menu development, promotions and guest personalization.
• Analyse guest feedback, KPIs and financial metrics to drive improvements.
• Ensure service and food quality standards are met and health/safety rules followed.
• Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports.
• Supervise scheduling, training and POS system operations.
