Job summary

Prime Strategy Consultants in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior production leader to manage end-to-end planning and oversee fabrication and workshop operations across CNC and conventional machining.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in industrial production, strong leadership, and experience with hydraulics and engineering drawings, with UAE or Saudi regional exposure.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of industrial production/manufacturing experience.
• Strong experience in fabrication + machine shop environments.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, fabrication and engineering drawings.
• Exposure to hydraulics and mechanical repair/reconditioning preferred.
• Strong production planning and shop-floor leadership skills.
• UAE or Saudi industrial experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production planning and execution

• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Stores, QC and Production teams
• Monitor production schedules, manpower and machine utilization
• Identify bottlenecks and ensure jobs meet committed delivery dates
