Job summary

Aēstec seeks a General Manager to transform City Walk Dubai clinic into a reference for European standard aesthetic medicine in the region. You will oversee daily operations, the team, patient experience and commercial results, working directly with the founder to drive growth.

You will lead recruitment, ensure DHA licensing and clinical quality, and collaborate with marketing to turn online attention into booked patients while aiming for profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a general manager or clinic manager in Dubai.
• Strong network within Dubai’s aesthetics and healthcare community.
• Track record of hiring and building teams.
• Hands on knowledge of DHA regulations and licensing processes.
• Experience serving an international and European clientele at a premium service level.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in the UAE with valid residency.

Job description

We are looking for the General Manager who will turn our City Walk clinic into the reference for European standard aesthetic medicine in the region.

Aēstec is a premium clinic group focused exclusively on injectable treatments, with clinics in Amsterdam and Rotterdam and now Dubai. We are led by a young, fast moving management team and we do things differently from the rest of the industry: no mass discounts, no generic clinic feel, but a sharp brand, honest medical advice and natural results. Our growth has been built largely on social media with more then 100K followers on Instagram @aestec, and we bring that same approach to Dubai.

The role

You run the clinic as if it were your own. You are responsible for daily operations, the team, the patient experience and the clinic’s commercial results, and you work directly with the founder. We are looking for someone for the long term. Once City Walk is firmly established, our ambition is to open more Aēstec clinics in Dubai, and we want to build that next chapter together with you.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations, front office and patient flow
• Recruit and onboard the clinic team, including DHA licensed doctors, front office and support staff, in close alignment with the founder
• Use your network to attract experienced aesthetic doctors and build a strong pipeline for future growth
• Own DHA compliance, licensing and clinical quality standards
• Manage the relationship with our landlord, accountants and key suppliers
• Oversee stock, systems and administration
• Work closely with our marketing and social media partners to turn online attention into booked patients
• Drive the clinic towards its revenue and profitability targets, with clear monthly reporting

What we look for

• Proven experience as a general manager or clinic manager in Dubai, ideally in aesthetics, dermatology or premium healthcare
• A strong network within Dubai’s aesthetics and healthcare community, including DHA licensed doctors
• A proven track record of hiring and building teams
• Hands on knowledge of DHA regulations and licensing processes
• Experience serving an international and European clientele at a premium service level
• Commercially minded, with a feel for social media driven brands: you understand patient acquisition, conversion and margins
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Based in the UAE with valid residency

• A fixed salary of AED 35,000 to 45,000 per month, depending on experience and profile, plus a performance component
