Job summary

Oracle seeks an IC4-level AI/ML Architect to lead the design and deployment of production-grade generative AI solutions in Dubai. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, set technical direction for GenAI and intelligent agents, and ensure alignment with data strategy, DevOps and security practices.

You will mentor teams, engage with executives to define AI roadmaps, and stay at the forefront of model optimization, governance and multi-cloud integration.

Qualifications

• 8 years of total experience with 4 years in AI/ML engineering.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end AI solution design and deployment.
• Expertise in Generative AI LLMs NLP and AI agent development.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build and deploy production-grade AI/ML models focusing on GenAI and intelligent agents.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering AI-enabled applications.
• Design scalable cloud-native AI solutions on OCI and multi-cloud platforms.
• Mentor teams on solution design, governance and delivery excellence.
• Guide enterprise AI architecture strategy aligning with data, DevOps and security.
