Job summary

Nagarro in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an AI Architecture Leader to design and govern enterprise-scale AI ecosystems for major UAE clients. This role blends technical leadership, solution design and strategic advisory with a focus on Generative AI agentic systems and cloud-native engineering.

You will define enterprise AI operating models, lead multi-year transformation roadmaps, architect end-to-end AI platforms, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to shape AI strategy

Qualifications

• Strong design of AI application solutions.
• Cloud-native GenAI development capabilities.
• Experience with Azure data science.
• Expertise in ML solution design.
• Advanced RAG workflow design.
• Hands-on Python and agentic GenAI systems.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI operating models governance and architectural standards.
• Lead multi-year AI transformation roadmaps and platform modernization.
• Architect end-to-end AI ecosystems: LLM agents RAG workflows multimodal AI RLHF.
• Establish modular reusable patterns for scalable and compliant AI platforms.
• Partner with business and tech leaders to shape AI strategy and value propositions.
• Conduct technical workshops pre-sales reviews and solution design sessions.
