Job summary

Client of Salt in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior Azure AI Architect to lead an enterprise AI transformation. You will design and deliver scalable Azure AI Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across cloud, edge and on‑prem environments.

You will combine deep hands-on knowledge of LLMs and AI platforms with secure, production-ready cloud architecture to drive governance, performance and scalability. Immediate joiners based in the UAE are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across software engineering, data or AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Azure AI Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms.
• Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks for complex automated workflows.
• Define context memory and state-management architectures for AI agents.
• Design and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build AI solutions using Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph and Agno.
• Architect enterprise AI solutions using Azure and cloud-based AI services.
• Design model inference pipelines across cloud, edge and on-prem environments.
• Develop strategies for LLM/SLM fine-tuning and domain-specific model optimisation.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards around security, scalability, performance and governance.

Our Consultancy client is looking for an experienced Azure AI Architect to join a major AI transformation programme in Abu Dhabi This is a senior technical architecture position focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale Azure AI Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions You will combine deep hands‑on knowledge of Large Language Models LLMs AI platforms and modern cloud architecture with the ability to design secure scalable and production‑ready AI solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Azure AI Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms
• Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks for complex automated workflows
• Define context memory and state-management architectures for AI agents
• Design and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation RAG solutions
• Build AI solutions using technologies including Semantic Kernel LangChain LangGraph and Agno
• Architect enterprise AI solutions using Azure and cloud-based AI services
• Design model inference pipelines across cloud edge and on-premise environments
• Develop strategies for LLM SLM fine-tuning and domain-specific model optimisation
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards around security scalability performance and governance

• 8+ years of experience across software engineering, data or AI systems
• 2+ years of hands‑on Generative AI / LLM experience
• 4+ years designing enterprise‑scale platforms or distributed systems
• Strong experience designing production‑grade AI architectures
• Experience taking AI solutions from architecture through to enterprise deployment
