Job summary

Pink Camel Recruitment seeks an AI Technical Lead / AI Solution Architect to spearhead enterprise AI initiatives in Dubai. The role combines senior architecture with hands-on engineering, guiding AI Developers and Data Scientists across the full lifecycle from design to production deployment.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks, with strong Python skills and a track record of governance and secure architectures. Dubai onsite role.

Qualifications

• 14+ years IT experience with 5+ years in AI/ML/Data Science
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/DS or related field
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise AI/ML solutions
• Strong knowledge of ML, Data Science, Generative AI, LLMs, modern AI architectures
• Advanced Python development and senior leadership capability
• Experience in AI governance, security, privacy, risk management
• Azure AI and cloud-based architectures desirable
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Dubai onsite work requirement

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise environments
• Lead design, development, and deployment of Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI projects
• Orchestrate AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to AI Developers/Data Scientists
• Define AI solution architecture, standards, and deployment approaches
• Develop and review AI solutions in Python ensuring quality and scalability
• Conduct architectural reviews and identify optimization opportunities
• Drive MLOps/LLMOps practices for deployment/monitoring/scaling
• Mentor teams and promote engineering best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, responsible AI compliance
• Support high-volume, real-time AI applications
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and adoption suitability
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing data platforms and cloud environments
• Contribute to AI strategy and architectural standards
