Job summary

Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and scaling of cutting-edge GenAI solutions. This individual will operate as a lone contributor, partnering with Sales to tailor offerings for prospects and design implementation projects across client organizations.

The role involves implementing AI into customer operations, collaborating with product and science teams, and enabling production-ready deployments. Expect 30–60% travel and time at client sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Passion for AI and drive to stay updated.
• Proven experience in product implementation in AI or ML products.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in developing custom prototypes using Python or JavaScript.
• Foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science.
• Proficient in understanding and developing code.
• Familiarity with front-end interfaces and integration processes.
• Ability to connect technology and business value.
• Result-driven and resilient.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with sales qualification concepts is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-sales calls to understand potential clients’ needs, challenges, and aspirations.
• Lead qualification calls to pinpoint prospects who would gain the most from our solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to advance the sale pipeline, providing technical expertise and insights where necessary.
• Guide and support customers in deploying our models and products into their infrastructure.
• Work closely with customers to fine-tune models according to their specific requirements.
• Assist clients in integrating our APIs into their front-end interfaces, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Regularly liaise with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.
• Design and develop product features that meet the needs of many customers.
• Continually ensure that the customer is maximizing the product’s potential.
• Provide post-deployment support, addressing issues promptly.
• Conduct periodic reviews with customers to ascertain satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Offer recommendations for product optimisations or new features based on customer feedback.
