Job summary

Wonderful is redefining AI deployments by embedding with large enterprises from discovery through production rollout. You’ll translate ambitious AI initiatives into executable plans, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure measurable outcomes.

This hands-on role requires owning end-to-end deployments, solving real constraints, and delivering value in complex environments across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment-focused roles.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and convert to concrete plans.
• Comfort with APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management.
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action.
• Interest in deploying AI-powered systems in real environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed deeply with customers to understand processes and identify key problems.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering and customer stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure adoption and value realization.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive improvements based on usage.
• Identify expansion opportunities with customers.
