Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a global, remote team. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM, and product teams to deploy ElevenAgents for enterprise customers, translating complex problems into actionable AI-powered solutions.

You will own end-to-end deals, prototype with Python, and guide customers through deployment best practices across industries and regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms and driving them to close.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with provisioned accounts and deliver outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows; collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products, including agent design and orchestration.
• Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions globally.
• Present results of work and proposals to audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights back into the platform and models.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to new and existing customers.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure production deployment.
