Job summary

DataRobot is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in Dubai, UAE, to drive adoption and measurable outcomes from deployed GenAI applications. You will bridge between developers and DataRobot’s platform, supporting onboarding, ongoing usage, and value realization across accounts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in technical customer-facing roles in SaaS or enterprise software, with a strong foundation in GenAI, ML lifecycles, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in technical customer-facing roles in SaaS or enterprise software
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Accelerate onboarding and initial application adoption for key personas
• Drive ongoing consumption and engagement to increase activation and business impact
• Monitor customer health and surface risk early with mitigation plans
• Provide technical advocacy and collect feedback for product and engineering
• Facilitate onboarding workshops for multiple user groups
• Deliver scalable enablement sessions and reusable knowledge materials
• Collaborate with Engagement Directors to align learning initiatives with business goals
