DataRobot in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Customer Success Engineer to help customers adopt GenAI applications, monitor usage, and drive measurable outcomes after deployment. You will bridge between developers and DataRobot’s platform, supporting onboarding and adoption across accounts.

The role emphasizes technical enablement, workshops, and collaboration with engagement directors to realize business value, reduce churn, and scale customer success across regions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate onboarding and initial app adoption for key personas.
• Drive ongoing consumption by monitoring usage and engagement.
• Monitor customer health and surface risk early with mitigation plans.
• Provide technical advocacy and feedback to product/engineering teams.
• Lead onboarding workshops and training for multiple user groups.
• Deliver scalable enablement sessions and reusable knowledge materials.
• Align learning initiatives with business goals and capture outcomes for reviews.
