Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Data Science, or a similar field.
• Postgraduate degree is an advantage but not required.
• 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or generative AI.
• Strong experience with machine learning, generative AI, deep learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, and AI‑based solutions.
• Deep knowledge of ML and GenAI frameworks such as Scikit‑learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, SVMs, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or LLM fine‑tuning.
• Excellent SQL skills for data exploration, validation, modeling, and analysis.
• Strong ability to perform reproducible data analysis using Python or R.
• Familiarity with data modeling, dimensional design, and the full data lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of descriptive, exploratory, inferential, causal, and predictive analysis.
• Deep knowledge of experiment design, statistical testing, and experiment analysis workflows.
• Experience with product data, product health metrics, conversion, engagement, retention, and customer behavior measurement.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP solutions, data enrichment, smart automation, BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, or Airflow is an advantage.
• Experience in online consumer products or digital platform environments is preferred.
