Job summary

DataRobot Dubai seeks a Customer Success Engineer, a post-sales technical expert responsible for driving adoption and measurable outcomes from GenAI applications deployed on the DataRobot platform. You will work with Account Owners, Engagement Directors, and Professional Services to accelerate time-to-value, reduce churn, and enable multiple user groups through targeted workshops and scalable enablement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and drive initial app adoption during onboarding.
• Monitor usage and increase activation and business impact.
• Monitor customer health and mitigate risks early.
• Represent customer voice to DataRobot product and engineering teams.
• Lead onboarding workshops for multiple user groups.
• Deliver scalable enablement sessions and create reusable materials.
• Align learning initiatives with business goals and capture outcomes.
