ENNISMORE leads the sales development and account management for the GCC and wider MENA markets within the Rixos Hotels and All-Inclusive Collection portfolio. You will drive profitable revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and coordinate opportunities across participating hotels in the region.

The role requires managing a portfolio of travel trade, corporate, government, and MICE accounts, delivering revenue targets, and leading negotiations within delegated authority.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of hotel sales experience including GCC/MENA accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of regional travel trade and corporate/government/MICE segments.
• Experience in luxury hospitality resorts or multi-property operations advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, account planning, forecasting and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute an annual sales plan for assigned markets with clear account priorities and revenue targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of travel trade, corporate, government, group and MICE accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with decision-makers and strategic partners.
• Deliver revenue and room night targets while supporting rate and profitability objectives.
• Lead negotiations for account agreements and group opportunities within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with Sales and Revenue Management to ensure proposals reflect demand and priorities.
• Plan sales activity around travel patterns, holidays and major events.
• Conduct senior-level meetings, visits and industry event presentations.
