The ideal candidate has a strong track record in institutional sales, capital raising for credit or real assets, and extensive GCC connections, with Arabic fluency preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in institutional sales, fundraising or business development within an investment platform.
• Established GCC institutional investor network; Saudi relationships preferred.
• Experience raising capital for credit and/or real asset strategies.
• Willingness to be based in Dubai or relocate to the region.

Aufgaben

• Drive fundraising and business development initiatives across the GCC, with emphasis on Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and deepen relationships with institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds and pension funds.
• Build and maintain a network across private wealth channels and family offices.
• Identify and convert new investment opportunities and achieve fundraising targets.
• Represent the firm at investor meetings, industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with global investment, product and distribution teams to tailor investment solutions.
• Provide market intelligence on investor appetite and regional fundraising trends.
• Manage the investor engagement process from origination to ongoing coverage.
