Job summary

Rothschild & Co invites an accomplished professional to lead the growth of its Asset Management business in the GCC from our Dubai office. You will build and manage a client portfolio, targeting distributors and institutional clients while expanding our wealth-management footprint.

You will report to the regional Head of Sales for the Middle East, leveraging a long‑standing international network and a proven track record in fund sales and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a prior fund sales role in the UAE.
• Ability to build long-term, professional relationships that add value to our clients and contribute to the growth of our business.
• Experience leading client pitches and closing deals.
• Understand and explain the entire product range to different client types.
• Ability to work in a team with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hunter's profile.
• Strong interest in financial markets and investments.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French are a plus.
• Responsible, ethical, and able to represent the Rothschild & Co branding.

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated and proactive professional who is eager to start a business from scratch and seeks to identify new business opportunities for Rothschild & Co Asset Management in the GCC region.
• Taking responsibility and accountability for your client portfolio, with a clear yearly growth target.
• Marketing, communication & branding: Organization of local marketing activities, roadshows (webinars) and events, with a satisfying rate of participation.
• Keeping abreast of key market developments and expanding knowledge of different markets and target client base.
• Collaborating closely with different teams in various locations within Rothschild & Co Asset Management.
