Job summary

Coface in Dubai is seeking a Coface Global Solutions (CGS) Sales Manager to drive the CGS portfolio across the GCC region. You will identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with brokers and strategic partners, and expand Coface market presence while delivering profitable growth.

Reporting to the Head of CGS, Dubai, you will coordinate with underwriting, risk, commercial and CGS teams to tailor credit insurance solutions, negotiate terms, and ensure accurate forecasting and

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of successful sales and business development experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Strong experience in Trade Credit Insurance is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing business across GCC markets.
• Strong business development and prospecting capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new CGS business opportunities across the GCC.
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with CGS growth objectives.
• Generate new business through direct client engagement, broker partnerships, referrals, and networking activities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Deliver annual new business revenue targets.
