Job summary

Client of NicheHR Global is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the sales and commercial operations of an established FMCG business in the GCC. The role will drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, expand distribution and build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of sales/commercial experience in FMCG, GCC market know-how, and a proven track record in delivering sales growth, market development and successful

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant sales/commercial experience in FMCG.
• GCC market experience mandatory.
• Experience with Modern Trade, General Trade, distributors and key accounts in GCC.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country sales strategy in line with overall business objectives.
• Drive revenue, volume, distribution and market-share growth across the GCC.
• Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, retailers and modern trade partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand presence across channels.
• Develop and manage annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts and targets.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, listings and commercial terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective execution of trade marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance and other teams to ensure seamless market execution.
• Lead, mentor and develop the country sales team to achieve objectives.
• Track sales performance through KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure strong distribution, visibility, merchandising and route-to-market strategies.
