Job summary

Sungrow MENA & Central Asia is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer in Dubai to train solar customers on product features and drive pre-sales support. You will review PV designs, assist with tender documents, and help with approvals and regulatory registrations.

Responsibilities include PMO support, marketing events, market analysis, and handling RFQ clarifications. Strong English and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics/renewable energy engineering.
• 5–8 years in PV utility and battery storage design.
• Experience with EPC or IPP project tenders and RFQ handling.
• Knowledge of string & central inverter, skid configuration and BESS sizing.
• Excellent English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Train Solar customers on existing and new product features and applications.
• Support pre-sales requirements including reviewing PV strings design and project specs; prepare technical proposals.
• Assist Sungrow product approvals and registrations; understand regulations.
• Support PMO during customer meetings and project discussions.
• Support Marketing events and promotions; participate in market and competition analysis.
• Provide pre- and post-tender support: RFQ summaries, clarifications, and deviations.

Training Solar customers on existing and new product features and applications

Support Project pre-sales requirements such as reviewing PV strings design, SLD review, Project Specfications and etc and prepare technical Proposal

Sungrow Products approvals and registration in clear understanding of regulations

Support PMO team during customers' meetings & project discussions

Supports Marketing promotion events

Perform market and competition analysis

Pre and post tendering support like RFQ summary note release, Clarification and deviation preparation

Degree:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical /Electronics/ Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field. Master Deg is not mandatory

Skills & Requirements:

• Specification reading and compliance preparation
• Tender documents review and technical preparation, EPC or IPP project experience
• Knowledge of string & central inverter and skid configuration, Battery Energy system sizing and design
• Writing the clarification and technical offer preparation as per the EPC or developer RFQ documents
• Public speaking ability and skills
• Excellent English with strong communication skills and customer awareness

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years Technical Solution Engineer in PV utility & Battery storage design
• 12+ years of relevant work experience in overall
• Experience in the Auto CAD, PVsyst , Costing will be added additional consideration
• Experience in MV protection scheme like RMU, SCADA, Transformer, IEC standards will be required
