  • Provide comprehensive feedback to Gas Assets management on business and operational performance.
  • Assess requirements raised by internal and external stakeholders and incorporate them into asset planning activities.
  • Prepare regular updates covering asset performance, expenditure progress, production delivery, and optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor performance against approved gas production targets and identify potential delivery gaps.
  • Highlight production risks, constraints, and emerging issues requiring management attention.
  • Develop recommendations supporting achievement of upstream gas production mandates.
  • Provide management with business options related to operations, production, performance improvement, and asset optimization.
  • Review gas asset operating plans to ensure alignment with approved objectives and corporate requirements.
  • Review production work plans and assess their ability to support required production targets.
  • Evaluate capital and operating budgets and recommend adjustments where necessary.
  • Review asset-led evaluations and provide recommendations in line with ADNOC interests and guidelines.
  • Analyze annual business plans and ensure operational, financial, and strategic assumptions are appropriately integrated.
