Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, standards, and the food preparation checklist.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of dishes.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items; assist with daily specials.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching.
• Ensure safety policies, uniform appearance, and protection of company assets.
