Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a skilled Technician Supervisor to lead the Gaming Technicians team, oversee daily maintenance, respond to service calls, and ensure compliance with UAE gaming regulations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience with electronic gaming machines, a technical diploma, and a track record of mentoring staff. The role offers on-site work, salary in AED, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in electronic gaming machines or gaming equipment maintenance.
• Experience in a lead or senior technician role within a regulated gaming environment.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software and networking for electronic gaming machines.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of gaming technicians, ensuring timely response to service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor gaming machine performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Assign tasks and manage technician schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure all technical operations comply with UAE gaming regulations, Wynn Resorts' internal controls, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, machine configuration records, and regulatory documentation.
• Assist in coordinating with gaming equipment manufacturers and service providers for technical support and repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Stay informed on new gaming technologies, system updates, and equipment enhancements.
• Support integration of new gaming platforms, cashless systems, and digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with IT, Surveillance, and Gaming Operations to maintain system connectivity and operational reliability.
