Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Senior Technician to join its Gaming Technician team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on leading technicians in daily installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of gaming equipment, with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in gaming/EGM technician roles, a secondary diploma, gaming certifications, and strong English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and gaming software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as gaming technician or EGM technician.
• Secondary school diploma or above.
• Gaming certification or relevant technical training; strong knowledge of gaming products, equipment, systems, and applicable regulations.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the Technicians to conduct daily installation repair and maintenance work according to established policies and procedures.
• Perform maintenance according to the preventative maintenance program and as ad hoc needs arise.
• Update the status and ensure completion of work orders.
• Update and maintain the maintenance records of Gaming equipment.
• Maintain the integrity of table games and equipment EGM assets machines and information.
• Monitor and request inventory of all gaming-related items.
• Report and escalate problems to the Supervisor.
• Conduct installation repair and maintenance work under strict safety conditions.
• Ensure equipment tools and work areas are kept clean tidy and safe.
• Continually improve health and safety standards.
• Assist and perform duties assigned by the Supervisor and assume responsibilities in the Supervisor s absence.
• Guide Technicians to installation repair and maintain gaming operating equipment properly and safely to achieve department goals.
• Participate in daily briefings and share relevant information with the team.
• Test and correct any deviations from service procedures swiftly through on the job training.
• Assess work quality standards and arrange refresher training to maintain Team Members competency levels.
• Interact with Department and Company Team Members management and contractors professionally and positively.
• Encourage good relationships promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications.
• Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards.
• Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.
• Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce re-use and recycle wherever possible
