Job summary

FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin) in Dubai is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Conversion Agent for its Dubai office. You will convert quality leads into active trading clients using consultative sales and stay ahead of market developments.

The role requires native Mandarin, mandatory Forex/CFD experience, and a track record in conversion/retention sales, with a target-driven, numerate mindset and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Previous Forex/CFD industry experience (mandatory).
• Conversion or retention sales experience in Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection handling.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and trading platforms.
• Target-driven, numerate, strong communicator.

A financial/FX broker led by a management team with 20+ years' experience is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Conversion Agent for its Dubai office. You will convert quality leads into active trading clients using consultative sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients

Requirements
