CloserHire is recruiting a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our client’s Manila TA function while scaling recruitment for high-volume BPO growth. You will combine TA leadership with workforce planning, strategy, and delivery to optimise performance.

Experience in managing high-volume recruitment and deep knowledge of the Philippine talent market are essential, especially for outsourcing environments. This role requires relocation to Dubai in a fast-moving setup.
