Cross Border Talents is seeking a Mandarin-speaking FX Sales Retention Agent in Dubai to manage and grow client relationships in the UAE market. The role focuses on retaining traders, upselling across portfolios, and delivering excellent service while meeting aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a competitive base of 3,000–4,000 EUR monthly plus uncapped commission, with relocation to Dubai for the right candidate and opportunities for professional

Formación

• Mandarin fluency required (spoken & written).
• Experience in FX & CFD industry mandatory.
• Retention role experience in Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Target-driven, fast-paced environment experience.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Promote FX and CFD products to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Convert high-quality leads into active clients.
• Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios.
• Deliver high-level customer service across the client lifecycle.
• Stay updated with financial markets and product updates.
• Work towards defined sales and retention targets.
