Job summary

Tech ECS Limited is seeking an experienced M365 Engineer for an onsite role in Abu Dhabi. You will administer Microsoft 365 services, manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Intune, and strengthen identity and security controls across an enterprise environment.

The candidate should have at least 8 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience, a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, and Microsoft MS-102 certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: MS-102 certification.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
• Configure and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.
• Manage identity and access using Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administrative automation.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, and Conditional Access policies.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing Microsoft 365 environment.
