Responsibilities

• Prepare furniture surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, priming, and correcting surfaces.
• Apply paint, lacquer, stain, polish, and other finishing materials to wooden furniture.
• Achieve smooth, even, high-quality finishes per specifications.
• Match colors and finishes based on samples or client requirements.
• Operate and maintain spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Identify surface imperfections and correct them before final finishing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe painting area.
• Complete work according to production schedules and quality standards.

Job description

Prepare furniture surfaces for painting including sanding filling priming and surface correction Apply paint lacquer stain polish and other finishing materials to wooden furniture Achieve smooth even and high-quality finishes according to the required specifications Match colors and finishes based on samples drawings or client requirements Perform touch-ups and corrections when required Ensure proper preparation and finishing of furniture pieces before delivery Operate and maintain spray guns and other painting equipment Identify surface imperfections and correct them before final finishing Follow proper mixing ratios and application techniques for paints and finishing materials Maintain a clean organized and safe painting area Work closely with carpenters and other production team members to achieve the required final finish Complete work according to production schedules and quality standards.

Previous experience as a Furniture Painter, Spray Painter, Wood Painter, or Furniture Finisher.Experience in custom furniture manufacturing is preferred.Strong knowledge of sanding, priming, painting, staining, polishing, and lacquer application.Good knowledge of spray painting techniques and equipment.Ability to match colors and achieve consistent finishes.Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.Ability to identify and correct surface imperfections.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.UAE furniture factory experience is an advantage.
