Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install wooden fire-rated doors and interior fit-out.
• Operate woodworking machinery and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare surfaces and apply top coats for finish quality.

We are looking for experienced Carpenters and Spray Polishers to join our team. We specialize in high-quality wooden fire‑rated doors, interior fit‑out and wooden joinery works.

Open Positions

• Carpenter – 50 positions
• Spray Polisher – 15 positions

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in wooden joinery
• Proven experience in the manufacturing and finishing of wooden fire‑rated doors and interior fit‑out
• Ability to read drawings and follow production specifications (Carpenters)
• Experience with PU, NC and wood‑finishing systems (Spray Polishers)
• Knowledge of quality standards and safe working practices
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience in a UAE joinery factory is preferred

Responsibilities

Carpenter

• Fabricate, assemble and install wooden fire‑rated doors, interior fit‑out and wooden joinery works
• Ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with fire‑rated specifications
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely

Spray Polisher

• Prepare surfaces and apply stain, sealer, primer and top coats
• Produce high‑quality finishes on wooden doors, frames and joinery products
• Maintain consistent finish quality while meeting production schedules
