Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in painting or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to use paint sprayers, brushes and rollers.
• Good eye-hand coordination with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety measures when handling hazardous materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling.
• Paint interior/exterior walls of buildings or furniture.
• Mix colors and other materials to create desired shades.
• Operate paint sprayers, brushes and rollers.
• Select paint colors needed.
• Follow safety guidelines when working with hazardous materials.
• Clean up after painting is completed.
