Qualifications

Spray Painter

We are looking for a strong Spray Painter at our Dubai location.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply paints, lacquers, stains and wood coatings according to specifications
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking and priming
• Mix, match and adjust paints, stains and coating materials to achieve the required color and finish
• Correct color deviations and ensure coatings meet the target sample and customer specifications
• Operate spray guns and other painting equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished surfaces and perform touch‑ups when required
• Ensure consistent color, gloss and coating quality standards
• Work closely with the laboratory to implement approved colour formulations
• Maintain painting equipment, tools and workplace cleanliness
• Comply with safety, environmental and company regulations

Requirements

• Experience in a spray painter, lacquerer, wood finisher or similar coatings‑related role
• Knowledge of paints, lacquers, stains and surface preparation techniques
• Experience in color matching and color adjustment is an advantage
• Good eye for color, detail and quality
• Experience with spray painting equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, and documentation)
• Ability to work with color matching software and digital color management systems
• Comfortable using a PC for recording formulations, production data and quality reports
