• Transferable UAE residency visa preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our production and fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in finishing and coating wood furniture and joinery items to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wooden surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming.
• Mix and match paints, stains, and finishes according to specifications.
• Apply spray paint, lacquer, polyurethane, or other finishes using spray guns and equipment.
• Ensure a smooth, uniform, and high-quality finish on furniture and joinery.
• Maintain tools, spray booths, and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines in handling paints and chemicals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spray Painter in joinery or furniture works (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of different wood finishing techniques (matte, gloss, stain, PU, etc.).
• Ability to mix colors and achieve consistent shades.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Transferable UAE residency visa preferred.
