Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Functional Lead to drive CRM design and implementation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will translate complex business processes into scalable CRM solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing, and lead functional design, configuration, and user adoption initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, map processes, develop documentation, and provide training and guidance to project teams throughout the CRM lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CRM functional consulting, business analysis, or functional leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Good functional expertise across Sales, Service, and Marketing processes/modules.
• Proven experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, CRM configuration, and functional documentation.
• Experience in conducting user training, workshops, UAT, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
